Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken, Ginger & Tropical Fruit.

Serves 4 People.
400g Cooked Noodles
200g Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
2 Small Onions (cut into slices)
4 Slices of Pineapple (cut into cubes)
10 Lychee Fruits
4 Dorot Crushed Ginger Cubes
2 Dorot Crushed Garlic Cubes
2 Dorot Chopped Coriander Cubes
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons Soya
1. Heat a little oil in the wok and stir fry the chicken and the onion.
2. Add the pineapple, Lychees and cooked noodles.
3. Add the Dorot cubes, the honey and the soya and mix well.
